Somewhere between cake and granola bar, this soft, good calorie, high protein, GF option was developed by Keri (Bakery Owner) When she worked as a Pastry Chef in Salt Lake City, UT. They would be added to wildfire fighter lunches and dropped out of helicopters to them. Cool!! Great as a treat, or for anyone needing to quickly refuel before/after sports or as a meal replacement on the go!

We make these only on Saturdays because making traditional Cinnamon Rolls is a labor of love! We make the dough on Friday morning, let it rise, roll and cut, then they rise again overnight and are baked fresh Saturday morning. Come early and they're still warm!!!
